Infotainment system

What does the infotainment system in a car do?

An infotainment system controls a car’s information and entertainment functions, usually through a screen mounted on the dashboard or in the centre console. This means that a driver (or front-seat passenger) can use the infotainment system to control the satellite navigation, their smartphone, the radio, music from an audio player, or change the vehicle’s settings. Pretty swish.
